Shop Built Drum Sander, Mk 2

When I built the original version of my drum sander I made a number of design decisions that turned out not to be so wise, and learned a lot in the process. Still it served me well for three years. Now that I get to start over I have changed quite a bit, but the fundamental design is the same.

I have an extremely limited supply of kits available to build this sander. I figured I can save a few people half a dozen trips to the hardware store to find the right parts, and some of these parts I had to order 10 or 25, so I have extras. The bearings/pulleys are cheap made in China stuff, but you're paying a cheap made in China price for them. Shipping only to the contiguous US.
